Bill grew up and attended college in Upstate New York. After graduating from the University at Buffalo with a Bachelors in Exercise Science he decided to migrate to warmer weather in search of a prospective DPT program. In January 2016 Bill relocated with his girlfriend to North Scottsdale to attend graduate school at Franklin Pierce University. “With over 5 years of training experience in private club settings I am eager to use the specialty equipment at The Exercise Coach to help my clients achieve their fitness goals!”
Lynnette grew up in a small town called Yarnell, in Northern AZ. She graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelors degree in Exercise Science, and is pursuing a degree in Holistic Nutrition. She has been with The Exercise Coach since February 2016. She has lived in Phoenix for a few years and enjoys the hot weather and staying active! Living a healthy lifestyle and educating others about eating healthy and staying active is her passion. "I am excited to change the lives of people through nutrition and exercise."
Meghan grew up in Boise, Idaho, where she attended the University of Idaho. Go Vandals! She obtained her Bachelors degree in Health and Exercise Science and Psychology. After college, she moved to Atlanta, Georgia and worked in the golf industry for three years, traveling the country. IN January 2017, after finding her passion in people, she moved to Scottsdale, Arizona to pursue a Doctorate in Physical Therapy. In her free time, you can find her hiking the red rocks of Arizona, swimming, skiing or running. "My aspiration is to help people continue doing what they love and live a long, healthy, active lifestyle! The Exercise Coach is a perfect workout for young, old and all of those in between. It's the perfect balance of safe and effective strength training, with proven results. I am so happy to be a part of such a great team!"
Jessie grew up in Georgia, and decided to make the big move to Arizona, where she attended Arizona State University. She obtained her Bachelors degree in Health Sciences, with a concentration in Healthy Lifestyles Coaching, paired with a minor in Nutrition. She has been a trainer for 3 years, and is a NASM certified trainer since 2015. Two years of her training were in a facility called Ability 360 Sports & Fitness Center, a recreation center for people with disabilities, where she gained substantial knowledge of corrective exercise and disabilities. "I'm excited to use a well-rounded approach to health, exercise and nutrition, here at The Exercise Coach."
Amanda is the owner of The Exercise Coach - North Scottsdale. Amanda graduated as a Fulbright Scholar from Harvard University and spent most of her career in government. She came to the Phoenix Valley via Canada (the warm weather called her). She was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2006, which caused her to be more aware of her body and take steps toward a healthier lifestyle and ultimately jump into the fitness world. Amanda plans to open multiple studios in the Valley and is excited about establishing The Exercise Coach brand in Arizona. "We are changing lives, 20 minutes at a time!"
